- Sit straight in a comfortable chair and angle your head back. Your eyes should be looking at the ceiling. This will help stretch the skin on the neck. Then, lift your lower lip to your upper lip as far as it can go and stay in that position for 10 seconds or so then relax. Repeat as necessary.
- Sit back again on a comfortable chair. Then tilt your head back until your eyes are looking at the ceiling. Then pucker your lips as if kissing and hold that for a few seconds. Relax and go back to your starting position. You can repeat the steps again.
- This one could either be done sitting or standing; whatever you’re comfortable in. Again, tilt your head back. Then raise your tongue and touch the roof if your mouth. Hold that for a few seconds and relax again.
Avoid Skin Aging
Aside from the exercises, you may also want to take good care of your neck skin as much as you do with your facial skin. It’s always good to keep that area moisturized to prevent premature skin aging.
